I work with both individuals and couples in Tavistock, St Austell and Lostwithiel to explore many reasons why you are struggling in your relationship. You may be experiencing difficulties with boundaries or attachment issues, be stuck in conflict or mistrust or experiencing difficulties around intimacy. I create a calm, non-judgemental environment where difficult experiences including those that may be difficult to talk about can be explored sensitively and safely.

My work is informed by extensive specialist postgraduate training with Tavistock Relationships – world-renowned leaders in the field of relationship and psychosexual therapy. Combining this with my clinical experience working as a Psychosexual Therapist at 56 Dean Street, London – one of the UK’s most respected sexual health clinics, allows me to work with complex emotional, relational and sexual difficulties with care, sensitivity and professionalism.
